Workshop A 9-10am
This workshop will educate expectant parents on what will happen to the body during labor and delivery, also what to expect during your hospital stay and how to create a birth plan.

Workshop B 10:15-11:15am
This workshop will provide you with information about what will happen when the baby is born. You will learn what to expect regarding tests, exams, and check-ins on your baby.
