This mandatory training provides Unit Transition Coordinators and Command Designees with the essential knowledge, responsibilities, and compliance requirements needed to effectively support transitioning Marines. Participants will learn how to track TRP milestones, verify documentation, and ensure unit‑level readiness throughout the transition process. The session also covers command responsibilities, policy updates, best practices, and resources available through MCCS and the Transition Readiness Program.
